Please note we only produce augers for the packaging industry with the flights up to a maximum of 50 mm diameter and do not make large augers for hole boring.

We only produce packaging augers with flight diameter of up to 50mm which can be made to your specification. If you would like us to quote for an auger please contact us via our contact page and we will give you a price. We are able to produce new augers from a sample, if you send us an old auger, or from your own drawings.

Located in the small town of Malvern in Worcestershire against the backdrop of the Malvern Hills. Churchfield Engineering Ltd. have been manufacturing stainless steel augers for more than twenty years as our own company and previously for other companies. We have over thirty years experience within the packing industry.

We only make precision augers in stainless steel for the packaging industry and our augers are extremely high quality and normally only produced for packing machine suppliers. However we are now able to supply direct to you, the packing machine owner.

All our augers are produced in 303, 304 or 316 stainless steel depending on the application required and are manufactured within the UK to the highest standards.

Augers with various diameter and pitches are available but we only make augers to order and do not carry large stocks because of the differences in pitches length and machines that they are required for.

We are able to produce volumetric augers with any flight diameter up to 50mm with various pitches to suit your particular requirements. Please contact us if you require larger sizes which we sometimes produce on request.
